Conducts visual inspections and bulk sampling to identify asbestos containing materials

Performs air sampling to evaluate asbestos exposure

Conducts periodic evaluations of abatement program effectiveness

Prepares asbestos inspection reports and asbestos management plans for schools, residential and commercial properties

Prepares specifications & assists with the evaluation of the removal contractors bid packages

Performs pre-abatement testing to ensure that adjacent areas not contaminated prior to asbestos abatement activities

Monitors the activities of removal contractors to ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, state and local regulations

Conducts clearance testing certifying the area to be safe for re-occupancy

Full AHERA services including Comprehensive Designated Person Program's for clients required to comply with AHERA regulations
